What is the Coordinated Periodic Activities among SASes (CPAS)?

The Coordinated Periodic Activities among SASes (CPAS) is a procedure performed by all SASs to ensure the entire CBRS ecosystem is working with the same data.  Each SAS uses this information to determine the power allocation for each CBSD.
CPAS happens everyday between 3 AM ET and 6:15 AM ET.
