In what scenarios would a Spectrum Grant be denied?

There are several scenarios when a Spectrum Grant Request would be denied. All grants in an exclusion area will be denied as well as grants requested within a 50 m boundary of an exclusion area. Grants will also be denied that are requested in a PAL zone or inside the coverage contour of the GWPZs.   Grants that overlap with other grants held by the same CBSD will be rejected.
