Why can’t I see my cases on my federated?
Federated Wireless gives you the ability to check case status and engage directly with Federated Wireless Support on an open case once you have logged in to my federated.
To receive case status and provide case information:
- Log in to myfederated.federatedwireless.com
- Select My Cases in the primary navigation and select a case to view
- Case state and assignment status information will be displayed in the Case Details section and within Federated Wireless Support messages. Share information about your case and engage directly with Federated Wireless Support by sending messages and adding attachments to the case
If no cases are displayed, this indicates there are no cases open for your account. Once a case is created, it will be displayed in My Cases.
