How do I update a case on my federated?
Federated Wireless gives you the ability to engage directly with Federated Wireless Support on an open case once you have logged in to myfederated.federatedwireless.com.
To provide case information and receive case status:
- Login to myfederated.federatedwireless.com
- Select My Cases in primary navigation and select a case to view
- Enter requested information or ask a question to Federated Wireless Support and select Send. Attachments may be shared by selecting the attachment paperclip icon
- Case state and assignment status information will be displayed in the Case Details section
Once a solution is proposed by Federated Wireless Support, you will need to Approve Solution on my federated in order for the case to be closed.
