How do I reset my federated password?

Federated Wireless gives you easy, secure, 24x7 access to the Federated Wireless Knowledge Base and Community, case management, and other online tools. If you forgot your online password, it’s easy to reset.
What you'll need to get started:
- You will need to have the username provided to you in email during the my federated registration process. Your username is most likely your first name and last name separated by a period (ex. John.Smith). It is not your email address.
Reset your password:
- Go to myfederated.federatedwireless.com. Click Login in the primary navigation
- Enter your username
- Complete the required password fields
- You are done when you see the success message
