How do I add someone to a case watchlist?
Federated Wireless gives Customers and Partners the ability to check case status and engage directly with Federated Wireless Support on an open case once you have logged in to my federated.
Case status updates will also be provided to the contact who created the case via email and to contacts on the case watchlist. Registered contacts on the account who receive the email may select the case link in the email to access more information.
To add a user to the case watchlist:
- Log in to myfederated.federatedwireless.com
- Select My Cases in primary navigation and select a case to view
- Add a message on the case including the email address of the individual you would like added to the watchlist
- Select Send. Federated Wireless Support will confirm in the message section once the watchlist update is complete
